Yes, even though LR works in ProPhotoRGB, you may export in aRGB, sRGB, tiff, ProPhotoRGB.  It doesn't do CMYK, so off to Photoshop for export if you're going to press.

The image is no great shakes, other than the light, IMO, so not worth messing with except for optimizing the file.
