what about it? You were talking about ultimate in portability.  May be you should read what you write.

Where did I wrote ULTIMATE portability???? Maybe you should re-read what I wrote! I used the word ultimate for IQ in FF, not for portability, read well before writing.

For ultimate portability buy yourself a compat P&S, a cellphone or a minox camera!

The OP asked about the diffrence in IQ between m4/3 and APS-C. I wrote an abstract about what have been said (and what I think) :

The IQ difference between m4/3 and APS-C is not big enough to overcome the portability factor. With the last m4/3 cameras, you get a near APS-C IQ (compared to the last bunch of APS-C cameras) for a much better protability.

If you go FF, the gap in IQ is higher, enough IMHO to justify carrying a heavier system.

About IQ though, FF has better than m43. So why did you buy m43.

I shoot with both, m4/3 as a portable system and FF as high IQ system.
