unfortunately it's a piece of cake to jam GPS because the signal strength is so low and barely discernible above background noise, think pseudo-random number generators being necessary to detect the signal.  For all we know, Chinese criminal elements could be just as behind the disruptions.

Though totally illegal to own or use, cheap illegal jammers abound on the internet..
