It's about the opposite of "rush", hence I perceive a certain irony in your title, and this is a reason I don't like titles, it distracts me from the photographic content. I would agree that the woman might be distracting, but I would draw an opposite conclusion, leave her, maybe toning her down as chris suggested, b/c she makes a little contrast to the rest (her being a woman among men as well, so it reinforces the sense of community.
