I've seen some people do a bath process immediately upon import regardless of the type of picture, scene, etc. I was wondering what everyone uses?

Bath process? Well, first I put it in a running-water rinse tank for 30 minutes to remove all the fixer...

After that, for indoor event work, I'll batch apply IPTC info, 0.25 Recovery, 0.15 Definition, default Edge sharpening, and 20/20/5 Highlight & Shadow. But then I go through them all and individually tweak.
