Sony is not a dSLR so the blunt answer is Nikon D5100.

If you want to say that you want a large sensor camera then any of them can give you great results.

Sony is a SLT so it takes away 30% of the light from the sensor thus lower high ISO quality as it seems that Sony takes into account the loss of light and compensate by using a higher ISO than displayed.

The difference is half a stop (as expected).

Then there is EVF vs OVF and lens availability and quality.
