You really should try an go a little bit better. I've seen that flash bracket and it's not very strong. Manfrotto makes a very good one, number 026

You'll need a 'cold shoe' for your flash. Look up Frio or this Stroboframe item:

If you're looking for a smaller lightstand, try the Manfrotto Nano:

If that's too small, Manfrotto makes bigger ones. The Adorama and B&H house brands (Flashpoint and Impact) are not bad either.
