Adapters can be had for $20. Most people seemed to like Fotodix or Rainbow Imaging ones. I have the rainbow imaging and haven't had any issues with it.

I have those, too but I prefer the 50 f2 over the 50 f1.7 because it is sharp across the frame from wide open, and has better anti-flare coating.

That's the very late MD model 50mm f2.

Warning to avoid the 45mm f2 lens. These were very cheaply built and are not very sharp. A few  have had their lens coating peel off. Mine is OK but does not compare to the 50 so I've assigned it to my m43 cameras where it doesn't really matter, LOL.
