Simple... Nikkor 24-70 f/2.8. Did some full body portraits last weekend in contra-light and was very pleased with the rendering and found no traces of flare or ghosting.

From my experience with this lens, it only produces nasty blue rays that cover the entire frame when you shoot foliage against the sun, in I can't replicate easily. But I'm sure no zoom lens would survive that test, only my primes did better.
