As folks pointed out, with your shutter speed at 1/200 (and ISO 400), there most likely is no ambient contribution.  AWB is not very good in cameras, but with that said, the main culprit has to be the color of the bounce surface.  Your flash will "pick up" the color of the bounced surface.

Sometimes, we use that to our benefit by using colored panels to bounce off of.

If your shutter speed was slow, than tungsten lighting (or the ambient lighting temperature) would be an influence, when in that case, you gel your flash.  As one poster pointed out, if you can, shot RAW and correct in post.
