I was surprised when I saw this news on 43rumors few days ago but I think it is only new in USA. It should be the same as the existing set.  I posted a simple min. focus distance test of this Kenko extension tube set using the 75mm f1.8.  Max. magnification is about 0.45.

I have also the Tamron 90mm marco but want to have autofocus from time to time.
