Let us assume that a portrait may require 85mm f/2.8. When considering APS-C equivalence (Fuji, in your case), you would need 55mm f/1.8 that you will not get with the zoom. Likewise, you would need 42mm f/1.4 lens on m4/3.

If you believe 55mm f/4 is good enough on APS-C (max FL and corresponding max aperture for Fuji zoom). It will compare to 85mm f/5.6 or f/6.3 on Full Frame.
