I have been reading rather conflicting comments and opinions from actual users so far and to be honest I have not yet seen sample images to impress me for a camera being launched with such clout.

So my direct question to X20 users is: Did you really get what you were expecting to get? If not, where would you say the camera (or Fuji) failed you?

Also, having tried the X20, do you think it'is worth its price or would you rather have gone for the X10 or some other model or brand?

ps If you see someone without a smile on, give him one of yours...

Its met all of my expectations so far, its too expensive, its not sharp enough, its a disappointment at 100%, its not an EXR camera or a SuperCCD camera, the X100S is much better and there is no Adobe RAW support. Its the perfect Fuji for the FTF forum, I could not have wished for more and one day I hope to see one in store so I can re-confirm all of these issues for the forum. All in all an inspired and delightful offering from Fuji to the forum, long may its price slide.

Doctors are bad for your lifestyle.

To clarify: been using Adobe RAW for weeks now and all my posts reflect that. If you don't rely on the SOOC JPEGs, the sharpness is quite impressive for such a camera. And yes, the price is kinda steep but once you have it in yor hands, the feel and finish is quite expensive...

Still expensive though... ;-P

DR is very impressive in RAW. Just wished it had significantly better noise characteristics than the LX7.

And someone should fire the guys who did the User's Guide and JPEG renderer!
