This is as non-sense as they come. Full Frame simply means same sensor areas as 135 film, it carries no inference of any features or performances the camera suppose to have.

Besides, the word "entry level" realistically merely refers to the cheapest in the line up. If there was a 1500 dollar Full Frame D500 with 1 FPs and 1 AF point, it would be the "entry level" and D600 would be second tier. And before D600 existed, D800 and D700 was the "entry level".
