I have just jumped ship and moved from 7.5kg Nikon system to Fuji X-E1 ...

Have a look on the net or, if you must, at my galerie ... maybe the jump from 36Mpx to 16Mpx without anti alias filter isn't so scary anymore ... Image on my galerie resized to 1800px, but could send you a full size image for pixel peeping if you are interested?

You are so right.

It really depends on how large your clients want to print. I do have a D800e and some great FX Glass but up to about 13 X 19 it does not make much difference with good technique and Fujifilm X-E1 + good glass or Nikon.
