Well your problem sounds to be primarily to do with the weight of your lenses. So again, I would suggest using your D7000, and changing your lenses to Tamron.  In my experience they are both high quality, and remarkably light. I recently bought a 90mm Tamron 2.8 macro, and was stunned by how light weight it was. It weighed much less than my 18-50 2.8 Sigma most likely due to more use of plastics, but I believe these plastics are of a quality that wont disappoint you.
