I figured I'd take some beautiful photos of my light meter instead of venturing outside in below freezing weather. I metered the shot and took three with my Xpro1 at 3200, 5000 and 6400 and one with my 5Dii at 3200. They are all OOCJ except that I did some color adjustment to the 5D to make it look a bit closer to the Fuji images. Canon still has more contrast and sharpening added to their jpegs, so taking that into consideration, I figure the 5Dii at iso 3200 compares closest to the Xpro1 at iso 5000. The meters in both cameras are dead on, but the Xpro1 lags a bit in exposure. I tend to expose my shots with the Xpro1 about 1/3-1/2 stop over the meter as long as it's not a high contrast subject. If there's a lot of highlights, I'll go with the meter so I don't blow them. If I'm shooting on auto, I push exp-comp one click over "0".

Here's my post from the past:

I posted this a couple months ago. Basically a test to show where the X-Trans is in terms of Fuji's ISO ratings compared with a 5DII. It's off by a little, but nothing to make any fuss over.
