True, I shoot RAW though so in-camera settings don't really matter. Color rendition by the lens are pretty impossible to improve by post-processing though so you have to have a good lens and sensor to begin with. The RX100 isn't bad, but I'm not yet totally convinced by it. I'll have to use it for a few more days to get a better understanding of what it can do.
