X20 Continuous Focus/Shooting
You could track a moving object with continuous focus and when the subject is framed properly you complete the capture.
Okay, I guess I could see that as beneficial, could still do the same with AF-S though, just the focus wouldn't be updating on the fly, and AF-S allows the "focus tracking" option which follows the selected subject. Just seems to me they could have offered a slow frame rate with continuous focus (say at 3 fps) update focus between shots, it focuses fast enough.
I do love the AF of this camera. In good light near instant focus and no shutter lag so it captures the shot (even on a moving subject) nearly every single time.
The method of pressing the shutter button all the way down in AF-S mode seems to work the best for this (it snaps a picture the instant it is in focus).
I never saw an ugly thing in my life: for let the form of an object
be what it may - light, shade, and perspective will always make it
beautiful. - John Constable (quote)
