Re: How many times are you going to start this exact same thread?

C'mon... you're not really curious about that. You're making a statement. And, btw, you did get me curious, so I checked all the threads the guy started and somehow it just didn't jump out at me (all these repeated, "exact same threads.") This whole thing has a very personal feel to it... I don't think we need hall monitors here. Just an opinion, fwiw. I like to think I'm fair and reasonable, but it felt to me like the thread got hijacked with this "curiosity" of yours, and that you were more interested in de-legitimizing the whole thread by attacking the guy who created it, rather than offering anything of use to the rest of us. Just calling it like I see it.

paulski66 is not being a hall monitor or highjacking anything. He's a Nikon user and has as much right to post here as anyone else. The fact is the OP has created this same thread before, and seems to be doing it over and over again. He's hellbent on proving something about a fairly pedestrian Tamron lens at everybody's expense.

The reason why Marike has now joined in is because I dared to compare a 450 dollar zoom to his new 70-200 F4 lens.

Imagine the panic when I post the samples at 300mm vs. the Nikon 300mm F4?

I have not started the same thread over and over. I posted new samples and findings. The same two trolls show up again and again. If you find the subject repetitive, simply ignore it as would any adult.

How a thread likes this is posted at someone's "expense" is a mystery to me. Sounds like these two need a new hobby. I think photography is too much for them.

But while they play Dragnet on the web, I'm having fun shooting!

See ya!

Robert
