D800 and E-M5, can you tell the difference?

I just could not decide. In general though, when I am editing raw files I do feel that µ4/3 is handicapped by only 12 bit data. The 14 bit files feel much more malleable, and the gradations feel smoother, especially in the shadows. Yes, i fully agree. It becomes more visible once you manipulate colors in pp.
