The solution to your "problem" is Pictorico OHP Transparency Film, see:

I use the "Premium" version to make negatives for alternative processes (mainly cyanotypes). I am currently using an Epson 3880 (pigment-based) for this purpose. In the past, I used a Canon i9900 (dye-based) for the same purpose. OEM links in both cases.
