Your shots are beautiful.   Birds are the reason that I kept my 7D when I bought the 5Dlll.  I love the 5D, but it would take me a long time to save enough to get lenses that would do as well for birding & distant wildlife.  In your case, if you have the funds & the muscle to handle it, the new Canon 200-400 would be wonderful when it becomes available.  It will be a dream of a lens.  From your current shots you are doing very well with what you have.  Bab
