Yes. I have just received mine and did some quick test. Overall is a good lens for the D800, I would not say "spectacular" but for the price is very good. One peculiar thing though is that I had to fine tune it to +20 on the D800 to get the sharpest pictures. But all my lenses had to be fine tuned that much. It's very light but it feels well built.
