If you need the extra light gathering then the 10-20mm F3.5 is a no brainer, still i personally like my 8-16 and found the 10-20mm F3.5 to be no better then the 10-20mm F4-5.6 at the same apertures and of course worse at brighter apertures... its a trade-off!
So weight these common issues / and desires and we might be able to find the lens that best fits...
Size, filters, distortion, how wide, how long, aperture, CA, field curvature, vignetting, price.
what things are most important and what things can you put up with?
