Gear for Ethiopia: to Fuji or not to Fuji!

If you want a weather sealed camera your fuji isn't it, it's one of the features I would want in a new version.

Just a suggestion but both the Panasonic GH3 and Oly E-M5 are weather sealed. The GH3 is a very fine body that is great for video too. The Oly meets your criteria of being small. I think the 12-50, 12-35, 35-100 and 60 macro for m43s are weather sealed as well. Of the two bodies the GH3 feels more rugged to me. Both could take your FT lens via adapter (though they wouldn't be sealed on an adaptor).
