Body size is not so important, in my opinion, I am not speaking of real big cameras, there are already small DSLR's but the lenses in general are big when compared to Micro 4/3.

Thom didn't forget about that:

"m4/3 should be okay if they can keep pushing their game forward, in particular with focusing. The primary advantage here is small lenses, and lots of them. The sensor size disadvantage is an overall kit size advantage still, so m4/3 has a marketable position. But defending it just got more critical. All the m4/3 players together don't have the dealer base or advertising budgets of Canon, so they need to market smart. Very smart."

He's not saying that EOS B will kill mirrorless, but clearly Canon and Nikon are both responding to the success of mirrorless and trying different ways in an attempt to maintain their shares of the overall interchangeable lens market. They're just not sure yet how to make the transition since so much of their income and profit depends on the old paradigm.
