When I display a Nikon RAW file in Adobe Bridge, it shows colors in a way I usually like. Double-clicking on an image in Bridge opens it in Adobe Camera Raw and some colors usually look different in a way that I can't figure out how to compensate. How do I get ACR to match what I see in Bridge? Photoshop CS4, Mac.

If you have not yet done any processing in ACR, the image you see in Bridge is probably the preview that was created by your camera. ACR can't match that exactly, because your camera uses a Nikon RAW-engine and ACR uses an Adobe RAW-engine. Adobe tried to match the colors as well as they can through their camera profiles (in the calibration tab), so that's where you can start.
