i don't think this relates to a "test"... they clicked through until the shuttercount was above 2000 (camera was set to continuous high when it came back). i read that the dust doesn't come back after a shuttercount of 2000.

anyway... interesting thoughts here. thanks for replying. and yea: 2000 extra isn't such a big deal, but i disagree that the increase in shuttercount rleates to thorough testing. just hope the problem doesn't come back. now back to using this awesome camera...
