I have a d7000 and had the same problem... when i take out my p510 compact...

i am here showing my method of still looking like a professional with a compact.. the masses expect a professional to have a large camera

Please note: if you are shooting a wedding outdoors etc.. i would suggest you glue a stiff cardboard sheet to your image..

(hmm.. maybe i should start a new thread and show the community how easy it is)

Step 1: Print out a large picture of a real camera. Cut out a hole to allow the light to reach your small camera's lens

Place your OMD etc behind the hole...
