Re: MAC users, Aperture 3 or Lightroom 4?

I use the latest version of Aperture pretty much every day, and it mostly works great, but parts of it are showing it's age, and lack of any news of a major upgrade are frustrating. Amazon lists Apple Aperture 4: Unleashing Your Photo Workflow by John Lewell, but that was originally supposed to be out last year.

I also sampled Lightroom 4 and never really grasped how one does effective project management with it, nor was I all that keen on it's workflow. However, LR handles lens profiles for automatic distortion correction, has better chromatic aberration control, and it can also handle custom camera profiles. Aperture? Nope.
