6D at the Moomba Parade

Last Monday, it was sweltering 36 degree day with very bright sunshine. A good day for a parade. I went anyway because I wanted to see how I would hold up after a day of walking around with a camera and lenses around my neck (I've had a few health issues lately). As well, everyone likes a parade. I took the 6D rather than the 1Ds3 because its was lighter plus wanted to see how the 6D would perform under these conditions.

All in all, I was glad I wasn't carrying the 1Ds3 and I was pleased to se that the 6D was able to match it in terms of focus and IQ. Here are a few examples:
