I can't recall the last time I wet-cleaned a sensor. I did with earlier Pens once or twice, but mainly I blow the sensor (Rocket Blower) every month or so. I've taken notice of a few shots with dust mote evidence, but the blowing took care of it.
I used to clean, take test shots, clean, but since using Olympus I just blow and move on. For the most part the in-camera sensor cleaning works very well. At least, w/o stopping down to F22 to look for evidence.
Now you have me thinking, maybe I should do an f22 test. Motes that adhere can be harder to clean the longer they're left. But in general practice, sometimes stopping down to f14, it's been more like "What me worry?"
