Hi Tasad,

I hate to state the obvious, but the answer to your question is "because the images have been stolen".   It seems this is not the first time stolen images have appeared on this site.   See http://forums.dpreview.com/forums/post/10088153

The absence of respect for intellectual property rights in China is well documented!

They are not the only thieves who use DPR as a source of "no-cost" images; I have on a few occasions found images that I own on other sites. They were used without my authority or approval albeit they were given proper attribution and the source was cited on each occasion.
