Sony Mavica FD-75 review
For an easy point and shoot camera to post pictures on the web, monitor, or e-mail, this camera is excellent. The use of floppies is a definite plus, just snap the photo, pop the floppy out of the camera and into the computer A: drive and there you are, no cable connections or software needed. Take pictures at work or a friend's house and use their computer to show the photos. If they want copies, just hit "Disk Copy", pop in a blank floppy and in a half minute hand them their copies.
It makes adequate 4x6 prints but one would need a camera with higher resolution if one wanted larger prints. The 1/2 inch close focus, macro, is great for taking pictures for on line auction items. I previously owned an FD73 which was stolen and replaced it with the FD75. Here is a link to some pictures I took with my older but identical FD73:
I have never had a problem yet.
