Minolta DiMAGE X review

For a 2 mega pixel camera, it takes amazingly clear, color rich shots, and makes really nice prints, even larger ones. It has long battery life, is easy to use, compact and easy to carry, and is a great camera overall, especially for the money. Has good flash, zoom quality is ok, but don't over do it.

Problems:

I wish it held it's flash or other settings, must re set everything once power shut off in between. When in highest quality mode, it saves images as TIF files, which take longer to write to memory card, and is a nuisance because it takes up more computer memory and many peoples' e mail boxes cannot accept them. I see no benefit to that personally, I prefer JPEG images.
