Fujifilm FinePix A210 Zoom review
I have been a film SLR photographer for about 30 years. When we received this camera as a Christmas gift three years ago, I initially considered it a toy. However, it takes good pictures within the limitations of a point-and-shoot camera. It is easy to use and has survived being drug around on hikes and vacations. Recently our favorite means of viewing photos has been on our 50" plasma and the photos are bright and spectacular. The menus are simple, but lack of exposure control frustrates an old SLR photographer. The good news is this little camera has pushed me over the edge and I am now evaluating the Pentax K10 or K100 for my real step into digital. However, I'll keep the Fuji around just like I keep my old Pentax KX and K1000 film bodies around. Always a use for them.
Very anemic flash - useless beyond 8 to 10 feet. Other than that It doesn't offer much exposure control but that comes with P&S cameras.
