Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX37 review
I read this forum prior to purchase as my earlier 'slip in pocket camera' was having
problems (as well it might, given the life it led). Images are generally soft or
'indistinct' - yet it does produce some excellent macro shots.
To put this view is perspective, I have been using digital for a fair few years now,
from when 3MP was the tops, and I have three other cameras in regular use, so I
had expectations of the Lumix almost matching my 8MP Powershot Pro 1 in image
The bottom line is I am very disappointed with the camera - to the point that I think
I may have a duff one.
Apart from the image quality issues the mode selection wheel seems designed to self
change when slipped in a case or pocket. This is why I do not give a higher rating for
the construction. More than once I have inadvertently taken a movie, or shots in the
