Which camera should I buy?

Hey,

My passion for photography started when I was little, and now I want to buy a professional  camera to take professional portraits of actors, Events, parties photo, fashion productions and concerts, so the quality of the photo is something that i can't compromise.

I need a camera i can work with and I won't need to repace her in a few years. Also I love to shoot landscapes and of course to be able to shoot close-ups. I do national service so my budget has a limite. The maximum is $ 1,300.

I checked options camera's in a second hand stores. I would be happy if you recommend me which camera should I buy.
