From what you describe, it does sound like hot/stuck pixels that will probably need a trip to Fuji, if you want them mapped out.

They may not appear at high ISO because the noise reduction may have removed them.

They could also have shifted location on your zoom lens if there was any sort of automatic lens distortion correction going on.

Not sure why they wouldn't appear at certain apertures..... or perhaps the aperture value influences ISO, or is related to the vignetting correction which may mask/hide/reveal the pixels?
