Well, My DP2M made the journey, first from New York to Detroit, and then Detroit to Shanghai. 8,000 miles or so!

I got home at 8pm, so it was dark out and my first shot was of my child in my living room.

Absolutely HORRIBLE.  By far, the worst image I have ever taken. Not sharp, very splotchy, with awful color.    I am trying not to panic as this camera is waaay different than anything I have used before.  The light in my living room is mixed fluorescent and incandescent.  Maybe the worst light for a Foveon.  I have to wait until tomorrow.

I know that I am new to this, but it is astonishing that this camera cannot be used indoors.

Again, I sort of expected sub par results indoors, but the degree is a bit of a shock.

Perhaps not a bad thing as I dont need to be making 50 mb files every time I snap a shot inside the house.

And of course, rain is in the forecast for tomorrow.
