You mention Pentax as a back handed slap.  Some facts:

There are 30 current lens offered from Pentax

There are 31 offered from Sigma for the K mount

There are 7 from Tamron

Plus a whole family of excellent manual lens currently being offered by other vendors and from past catalogs.

Seriously, if you can't find a set of lens in that offering to match your needs you need help.  And 4/3 and u4/3rds aren't close in offering that volume.
