Anyone worked out a neat way of locking OIS off on Pana 100-300?

I'm using a Panasonic 100-300 on an OM-D and I prefer to leave IBIS enabled - it seems to work about as well as the inbuilt OIS and I don't want to keep turning it on and off depending on which lens I'm using.

That means I have to turn OIS on the 100-300 off.

A couple of times recently I have unintentionally turned it on while getting the lens out of my bag, then not noticed for a while, which doesn't make for sharp shots.

I could just stick some adhesive tape over the switch, but I'd prefer a more 'elegant' solution that won't damage the lens and can be reversed when I eventually sell it.

Has anyone come up with a good way of doing this? I'm guessing not, but there's no harm in asking.

Thanks
