Paul buff beauty dish

Hello all.  I now have the  Einstein 640 and wow what a great strobe. I have been looking at there white 22 in beauty dish for the Einstein and wanted to know what users think of it. Also if you had some sample images using the dish that would be great. Also do you use grid with dish? Thanks.
