AVCHD Liteidentifies a subset of AVCHD format, in which HD-recording is limited to 720p/30. The 720p/30 video is recorded in the AVCHD 720p/60 format by storing every other frame, using a bitstream flag to tell the playback device to play each frame twice. (Tips:Panasonic DMC-ZS3/DMC-FT1/DMC-TZ7, Lumix GF1 Micro Four Thirds, Lumix DMC-FZ35/38, Lumix DMC-TZ10/ZS7, and Panasonic LX5 were the great digital cameras to offer AVCHD-lite movie mode.)

Panasonic AVCHD Lite files can not be widely accepted by various multimedia device on Mac. We always need to convert AVCHD Lite files to Mac support formats: mp4, mov, etc using AVCHD Lite converter for Mac

Firstarsoft Mac AVCHD Lite Converter  supports convert AVCHD Lite(mts/m2ts) files to mov, mp4, mpeg-4, h.264, mpg, mpeg-2, flv, dv, wmv, avi, mkv, m4v, rmvb etc, upload AVCHD Lite files to Youtube, Myspace, Facebook etc and import AVCHD Lite video to iMovie, Final Cut Pro, Final Cut Express, Adobe Premiere Pro, Quicktime, iTunes, iDVD, iPod, iPhone, iPad, Mobile Phone, Blackberry, Apple tv etc on Mac
