Intuos 5 workflow with Lightroom 4?

I'm seriously thinking of investing in a tablet after reading about it. However, I'm trying to figure out what the workflow with an Intuos 5 tablet to be like. Specifically, which features from Lightroom 4 would benefit from the precision that a tablet would provide?
