Cannot find files taking up space on my Macbook Pro

The only thing I would add is that the password entry is blind - the cursor will not change and you will not see the entry as you type the password.  This is a security feature, but the first time I used the terminal in this mode I thought it wouldn't accept a password and had to go do some research.
