Light & compact monopod recommendations?

Left mine on a plane a couple years back and miss it.  In the past I used it on my Olympus E-xxx DSLR's, often with the 70-300mm lens for wildlife.  Now to be used with an E-M5 and  75-300mm zoom, combined weight less than 2 lbs.  Goal:  smaller/lighter in keeping with the mFT philosophy of quality photography light while also being affordable and rigid.

I also have a lightweight tripod, but am looking for something offering more flexibility for photographing wildlife on the go.  Let me know what's been working out for you.
