which NIKON support "FULL MANUAL" (shutter/aperture/iso) override in VIDEO?

Neither my Canon T1i no my NEX C3 support Full Manual (shutter/aperture/iso) in shooting video.

Both camera offer Full Manula for STILL photo only, when I shoot video, I do not have full control over my (shutter/aperture/iso) setting.  I am at the mercy of my camera.  If I want to shoot my video under bright sunlight, I have to resort to using +1 exposure compensation to make my video brighter.

I could upgrade my Canon T1i to a T2i for full manual control, but I thought I explore the Nikon Options.  I recalled reading terrible things about using Nikon for Video.  Something about no control over simulation etc....?

I appreciate any candor, experience, and honest opinions about these 3 Nikon dSLR.  They're relatively affordable on the used market.  I'm considering:

- Nikon D3100

- Nikon D3200

- Nikon D5100

Any Caveat I should  be aware on each of these models?

Thanks.  I'm a still photographer looking to expand my skill set with Making Video
