What is the maximum ISO you're comfortable shooting (and what camera)?

I use a D90 also.  I never set the ISO to auto and I change ISO regularly depending on the situation.  Typically though it's set to 400 when I turn on the camera.  Most low light indoor scenes require 800 to 1200.  In extremely low, outdoor night light, I'll go as high as 2000.  So that's roughly the range I use.
